Residential complex Las Terrazas de Sotavento located in the center of Sotavento urbanization is a private residential project which consists of 82 apartments with large terraces, from where you can enjoy a perfect climate of the south of Tenerife.

Sotavento Area
The area of Sotavento is located in the province of Granadilla de Abona in the south of Tenerife. It is known because of its beautiful natural beach La Tejita close to Montaña Roja (Red Mountain). A new trading mall with shops, cafes and restaurants is built just in front of the complex.
There are four more residential complexes, cafe and beach bar in the area. the quiet and peaceful atmosphere offers rest on the ocean shore.
